Driver and team partner Jim Sickles started drag racing Top Sportsman Cars in 1994-95 and went onto successful seasons driving Alcohol Funny Cars in 1996-97. He was an owner of a Nitro Funny Car Team in 1998-99 with driver Chuck Etechells, ranked 4th in the nation.
